Our services
We offer a complete range of tree services for homes and businesses, including pruning, shaping, tree health care, and tree removal.
We can also offer professional stump grinding, so you can make the most of the space once a tree is gone.
When a tree is removed, the stump and much of its root system stay behind.
Stump grinding uses specialised machinery to grind the stump down below the surface, leaving the area ready for planting, paving, concreting, or building.
We provide a full stump grinding service in-house, with machines in different sizes to suit each job and its access.
Every job is different, so we choose the tools and techniques to suit each tree.
Our crew uses harnesses, ropes, pulleys, and rigging to safely bring down any part of a tree in a controlled way, along with chainsaws, pole saws, and hand saws for the cutting work.
For tricky trees and hard-to-reach spots, our Elevated Work Platform (EWP) lifts our arborists safely into position, and our mini loader moves material efficiently around your property.
A truck and chipper take care of the green waste, and bigger jobs sometimes call for cranes, which can make for quite a spectacle! If a tree can’t be worked on safely, we’ll always let you know.
We’re proudly based in Brisbane’s Hills District, home to Arana Hills, Ferny Hills, and Everton Hills, and we work right across the surrounding North and West suburbs.

Every tree job is different, so the cost depends on factors like the size of the tree, its location, and how easy it is to access.
Our pricing reflects a premium service, with a fully insured, qualified team who leave your property clean and tidy.
Our free quotes are transparent and can be itemised on request, and we offer discounted rates for smaller jobs.
Yes, we like to visit every property before we quote.
Our estimator will assess the tree and its health, along with access, the surrounding area, and parking for our trucks and equipment.
Seeing the site in-person means your quote reflects everything the job involves, and all our quotes are free, with no obligation.
Once you submit a request through our online form, one of our friendly office team will be in touch within a day or two to arrange a time.
During busier periods it may take a little longer, but we make personal contact with every client and will get back to you as soon as we can.

We use a trade platform called Service M8 to manage our quotes and invoices.
When your quote is ready, you’ll receive it through Service M8, where you can review and accept it online.

Council and safety
Yes. Our team includes AQF Level 3 and AQF Level 5 trade-qualified arborists, and we’re fully insured for every job we take on.
We follow safety protocols that go above industry standards, and as proud members of Arboriculture Australia and the Queensland Arboricultural Association with nearly 30 years in the industry, we have the experience to handle even the most complex removals safely and efficiently.
Some trees in Brisbane are protected, either because of the wildlife they support or because they fall under a Vegetation Protection Order (VPO) or Natural Asset Local Law (NALL).
These trees need council approval before removal, and a permit may also be needed to prune more than 10% of the foliage.

Bookings and your job
If your job is urgent, please call our office directly on 07 3353 9222. Our team is available from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
If you’re calling outside those hours, please leave a message, as we monitor our messages after hours and will respond as quickly as we can.
No, you don’t need to be home, as long as you’re comfortable with our team accessing your property.
Simply let us know beforehand, make sure any pets are safely secured, and leave gates and other access points unlocked.
You’re always welcome to be there if you’d like to meet our team or talk through the job in person.
Yes. We regularly work with real estate agents, landscapers, and builders across North and West Brisbane.
If you haven’t worked with us before, please give our office a call so we can set up the booking process that suits the way you work.
Sharing the right information up front makes things smoother for everyone, including your clients.
We take care of it for you. Branches and foliage are mulched onsite and removed from your property, and the mulch is put to good use in gardens.
Wherever possible, we also salvage logs so they can be repurposed, giving your tree a second life beyond your backyard.
