Q. What tools and equipment do you use?

Every job is different and requires a different set of tools, techniques and skills. As well as the mandatory chainsaw, we also use a complex array of harnesses, ropes, pulleys and tackles to safely remove any part of any tree.
For larger jobs it is not unusual to employ the services of cranes and lorries to safely bring down and transport large trees.

Q. What is stump grinding?

Once a tree has been felled and removed, you are still left with an unsightly stump. Because of the extent of the underground root network, it is not always practical or possible to dig the stump out. As an alternative we use a special piece of machinery that literally grinds the stump down to ground level, allowing you to pave, plant, concrete or deck over the top of it.
Our stump grinders can access even the most hard to reach areas and are a quick and economical alternative to removing a stump of any size.

Q. Are there any trees that you cannot remove?

Over the last twenty years we have worked with some of Brisbane’s largest and most troublesome trees. Certain trees need council approval to remove and there may be certain trees that cannot be felled due to safety concerns.
